Tuna Pasta


Ingredients(2 person) :
  • any pasta ( speghetti etc.)
  • 1 tuna in can (plain one with oil)
  • approx. 3 cups fresh milk
  • some dried parsley
  • some dried basil
  • some black pepper course
  • 1/2 large onion
  • salt
  • 1 teaspoon cornflour
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
Method:
  1. Rebus pasta with olive oil and some salt sampai pasta lembut.
  2. Drain the water and put aside.
  3. Potong bawang dadu- dadu. Then in a frying pan, panaskan olive oil and tumis bawang tadi sampai wangi.
  4. Add some black pepper then put in the tuna with the oil yang ada dalam tin tu.
  5. Panaskan sebentar, then add milk.
  6. Add parsley and basil then add salt and adjust the taste.
  7. Add cornflour with had been dissolved in some water.
  8. Serve pasta with the tuna gravy.
