
Ingredients:
Pasta ( macaroni, penne,...)
Broccoli 1 bunga
Ayam isi dada approx 300g (potong dadu )
Full cream milk approx. 1 cup
Garlic 5 ketul (smashed & chopped)
Cheese approx. 1 cup
Breadcrumbs approx. 1 cup
Chicken stock 1 cup
Cornstarch 2 sudu besar
Salt and pepper
Method:
- Bring a large saucepan of water to the boil over a high heat, add the pasta and a pinch of salt and cook according to the instructions on the packet. Drain well and set aside.
- Bring another pan of water to the boil, then add the broccoli and a pinch of salt and boil for 5 minutes, or until the broccoli is just beginning to soften. Drain well.
- Then, in a saucepan, add oil and saute garlic. Add milk and chicken stock, add the chicken.
- Bring to simmer over a medium heat, stirring occasionally.
- Add cornstarch which has been diluted in some water.
- Add some salt and pepper to taste.
- Remove from heat, then add the broccoli, pasta and half of the cheese, and mix.
- Add the mixture in a Pyrex dishes, sprinkle bread crumbs and remaining cheese over the top.
- Bake in over 300 degree Celsius for 20 - 30 minutes until the sauce is bubbling and the breadcrumbs are crisp and golden.
